Public Works: Mr. Coffey motioned to have the borough engineers solicit bids for the sanitary sewer project on Newport Drive; Ms. Kovach seconded; all in favor; motion carried. Editorial Board: Ms. O'Malley stated that the newsletter layout and format were wonderful. Mr. Kirk noted his copy of the newsletter had the margin cut off. MRTSA: Nothing to report.

Manager's Report: Mr. Hartswick presented information on the County of Allegheny's County Home Improvement Contractor Registration program to cut down on contractor fraud. Ms. Kovach motioned to send council's support to participate in a County Home Improvement Contractor Registration program; Mr. Coffey seconded; all in favor; motion carried. Mayor's Report: Mayor Baumgarten agreed with Mr. Cheberenchick on the visibility difficulties on the Sleepy Hollow Drive project and proposed installation of sidewalks. Planning Commission: Mr. Ross presented a subdivision approved by the Planning Commission. J. O'Malley motioned to act on the Sanders plan of lots #101 and #102 to merge three lots into two lots on Groveton; Mr. Coffey seconded; all in favor; motion carried. Solicitor: Nothing to report. Keystone Oaks: Mr. Coffey noted that Mayor Lloyd and Chief McKibben of Dormont attended a meeting stating support of a new stadium. Mayor Baumgarten stated the cost of renovating the existing stadium ($5 million) would be equal to the cost of constructing a new stadium. Zoning Hearing Board: Nothing to report.
Other Business: Mr. Kirk discussed a gas leak on Grant Street that the gas company did not repair.
Mr. Kirk reported that Clara Dobb of Rosalia cannot park on her street due to the neighbors monopolizing the parking. The police will check vehicles for licenses and registrations.
