COMPREHENSIVE PLAN
UPDATE
RESOLUTION NUMBER 525-A
WHEREAS, the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code provides for the adoption of a Comprehensive Plan for the development of communities, and
WHEREAS, the Borough of Castle Shannon Planning Commission has recommended the adoption of the attached Comprehensive Plan for the development of Castle Shannon, and
WHEREAS, the Borough Council of the Borough of Castle Shannon has held public hearings wherein it has considered the adoption of the Comprehensive Plan recommended by the Planning Commission,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Borough Council of the Borough of Castle Shannon that the "Borough of Castle Shannon 2006 Comprehensive Plan Update", a copy of which is attached hereto, the provisions of which, including all maps, charts, textual matter and other material forming the plan as attached, are incorporate herein by reference, is hereby adopted as the Comprehensive Plan of the Borough of Castle Shannon.
RESOLVED this 8th day of October, 2007 by the Borough Council of the Borough of Castle Shannon in lawful session duly assembled.
