Vince Smith starts meeting with Pledge of Allegiance at 7:00pm.

Minutes:
Scott Walther makes a motion to approve the minutes from the Oct. 17th meeting. Shawn Slan seconds the motion; all in favor, motion carries.

Treasurer's Report:
Linda Wilson presents the membership with an itemized financial report.
Bill Clasper makes a motion to approve the treasures report; Shawn Slan seconds the motion; all in favor, motion carries.
Linda suggests to the board that we should collect an $80.00 minimum fee at sign ups. This would cover the fundraiser and part of the sign up fee. Outstanding balances will be due by March 1st.

Presidents Report
Sign up dates are as the following times.
1-27-07 10am to 4pm
1-28-07 11am to 2pm
2-3-07 10am to 4pm
2-4-07 11am to 2pm
Baseball & Softball team pictures will be taken at the opening day festivities at Highland Field scheduled for April 21st starting at 9:00am in the morning. The rain date will be April 22nd. Shawn Slan comments that we need volunteers for opening day and the golf outing to make these events successful. Vince will be attending a meeting with Greentree and Dormont to talk about some of the baseball issues we had concerning Carnegie last year.
CSYA Golf Outing will be on Friday June 8th at 1:00pm.

Vice Presidents Report

Trustees Report
Shawn has called Duquesne Light for some information about getting electricity to Sleepy Hollow Field. They asked a lot of questions that we would need a borough official to answer. Vince will bring the matter up when he meets with the Borough Council.

Equipment Managers Report

Commissioners Report:

Guide lines Committee No report

Sponsorship Committee (Vacant) No report
This is a committee responsible for contacting local business and collecting sponsorship money to keep registration fees down.

Fundraiser Committee (Vacant) No report
This is a committee to research new fundraisers for CSYA and managing them.

Field Committee (Vacant) No report
This committee would be in charge of the upkeep of the fields. (Keeping dugouts clean, painting gang boxes, keeping stock of field dry and lime at the field) At this time the above committee's are vacant and we still need someone to come forward to fill these positions.

New Business:
Bill Clasper will be going to the first SWIG meeting of the year on Jan. 21st. representing Castle Shannon for the girls softball league.

Tracy and Jack Price volunteered for the Sponsorship Committee and will help out at sign ups.

Bill Clasper asked the board if they know of any black out dates for baseball.
He'll work on organizing them for next meeting.
