Minutes:
Linda Wilson makes a motion to approve the minutes from the Jan.16th 2007 meeting. Scott Walther seconds the motion; all in favor, motion carries.

Treasurer's Report:
Linda Wilson presents the membership with an itemized financial report.
Bill Clasper makes a motion to approve the treasures report; Scott Walther seconds the motion; all in favor, motion carries.

Presidents Report
We have received the small game of chance license. Linda Wilson states this is only valid at Highland Field.

Vice Presidents Report
No report (Rick was representing CSYA at a rules committee meeting in Dormont)

Trustees Report
Shawn Slan is still tallying up the total number of players that signed up for each sport. He is also contacting the people that signed up for commissioners. He notes that some groups are full and we would have to address any late sign ups for that sport.

Equipment Managers Report

Guide lines Committee No report

Sponsorship Committee (Jack & Tracy Price) Linda has given Tracy sponsorship forms to start handing out.
This is a committee responsible for contacting local business and collecting sponsorship money to keep registration fees down.

Fundraiser Committee (Vacant) No report
This is a committee to research new fundraisers for CSYA and managing them.

Field Committee (Vacant) No report
This committee would be in charge of the upkeep of the fields. (Keeping dugouts clean, painting gang boxes, keeping stock of field dry and lime at the field) At this time the above committee's are vacant and we still need someone to come forward to fill these positions.

Old Business:

New Business:
Frank Arzenti has all the 11/12 baseball equipment from last year. Scott and Linda will make arrangements to pick it up.

Bill Clasper suggests putting the CSYA girl's softball at Highland Field on Tuesday's and Thursday's nights. We should have as many games at our home field as possible. We have many complaints regarding playing at Sleepy Hollow field with no bathrooms.

Opening day is still scheduled for April 21st. We will play as many in house games there as possible and have Baseball & Softball pictures that day. Schedule TBD.
