Minutes:
Rick Mazzarini makes a motion to approve the minutes from the 3-20-07 meeting. Scott Walther seconds the motion; all in favor, motion carries.
Treasurer's Report:
Linda Wilson presents the membership with an itemized financial report

Presidents Report
A french drain will be put behind the dugout area to catch the water run off from the parking lot. The cost will be around $1000.00. Borough council said Castle Shannon Borough would pay for this expense.
Vince thanks all the board members for all they have done to get this season up and running.
Vince asked the audience if anyone is thinking of running for the board next year, they should start asking the board for direction of what they need to know. The election will be in November 2007.
Shawn Slan volunteers to distribute flyers announcing the elections.
Rick Mazzarini offers to write up descriptions of responsibilities of board member positions.
Vice Presidents Report
Rick needs a check for DABA for $1470.00. This is for the players that live and sign up in Castle Shannon but play in Dormont.
Hamilton Field will be used for the 13 & up girl's softball practice and 13 & up boy's baseball games.
CSYA does handle baseball up to age 17.
Rick will be taking his phone number and e-mail address off the Borough web site, he asks that someone step up and put their contact numbers in his place.
Rick is expecting a revised 12 and under baseball schedule to be sent over from Dormont tonight.
Baseball and Softball pictures will be this Saturday. Soccer pictures will be on Sunday.
Opening day games and picture are all scheduled.
Rick will be having a coaches meeting next Saturday. He plans to go over how the pitching machine is to be used and taken care of.
Rick asked if we could replace the broom and rake be at Municipal field.

Equipment Managers Report
No report.
Commissioners Report:
Soccer: Linda Wilson
Pictures will be Sunday.
The first game that was canceled will not be made up.
Baseball: 7/8 Bruce Hrivnak
Need score books, they have all other equipment needed.
Asked if T-ball players can be used for call ups, Kevin Grecek will be the contact for call ups.
Once the season starts, Rielh will be used for T-ball.
Bruce asked if we have a coach's contact list, Rick will forward it along as soon as gets the information from Greentree and Dormont.
Softball: Bill Clasper
First softball game will be held at Municipal Field on Tuesday the 24th.
Greentree and Dormont will be sending over a 9/10 and 11/12 softball teams for a scrimmage game for our opening day.
He has heard nothing but good responses about moving the games to Municipal Field from Sleepy Hollow.
Guide lines Committee No report
Sponsorship Committee No report
(Rick adds that we lost four of our long term sponsors this year) someone needs to step up and fill this position. We will be forced to raise prices for sign ups next year without this income.
Fundraiser Committee No report
Field Committee (Vacant) No report This committee would be in charge of the upkeep of the fields. (Keeping dugouts clean, painting gang boxes, keeping stock of field dry and lime at the field)
Old Business: Mark Gizzo said he had no answer regarding getting information for selling 50/50 at the other fields.
New Business:
Frank Arzenti asked if he could get contacts for DABA and if there is a 13u schedule yet. Rick said he just gotten it and they will playing mostly Sunday afternoons at Hamilton.
Fields will be dragged Monday's, Wednesday's and Friday's.
