The south bound lane on Library Road between Castle Shannon Boulevard and Rockwood Avenue will be closed due to road surface damage from a water break. This road portion is closed to all traffic. The north bound lane remain open. The detour route south bound is Library Rd onto Castle Shannon Blvd to Mt. Lebanon Blvd to Rt. 19. The length of time for reconstruction is unknown at this time. The south bound lane has been closed by Pen Dot.
